All set-up fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Monthly protection plan fees will be refunded for the month they are requested in ONLY, previous months will not be available for refund.
For our One-Time Support and Software/App Development:
Geeksoft Technologies LLC will refund the balance to you, when any of the following criteria are met:
• We were unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
• The issue is beyond the scope of the services we supply.
• Your request is made within 3 days after making the payment
*** Refund will not be given for installed ANTI-VIRUS TOTAL PC SECURITY software. If you received full technical support, a full refund will be issued by Geeksoft Technologies LLC ONLY if we are unable to resolve your computer issues within the first 3 working days after initial service. Should new issues arise from the service rendered, they will be covered by the warranty only.
